Program Terms and Conditions

No purchase or payment is required to enter or win. Open only to individuals in the U.S. and D.C. (excludes territories). A purchase will not improve your odds of winning. This program follows New York State law. Participation is restricted to eligible individuals located in the U.S. and D.C. (excludes territories) at the time of entry, and all applicants must agree to these terms.
Program Details: Open to individuals in the U.S. for the VIP Experience for Winner, Jashaan Gill. This program has one entry period, starting on nov 13 2024 and ending on nov 15 2024. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM EST STND. Noonlight’s computer is the official program clock. Void in Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and where prohibited by law.
How to Enter (Internet Access Required)
To enter:

Submit the form truthfully within the participation period. Your completed application will be your “submit.”
Submission Requirements
Must be in English.
Must be the Entrant’s original work.
May not contain inappropriate or offensive content, including unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or plagiarized material, nor include advertising, websites, viruses, or watermarks.
Any violation of these rules will result in disqualification from the program.
By submitting, you confirm you have the right to submit your application and that it doesn’t infringe on third-party rights. No incomplete or forged entries will be accepted.

Award Winner Selection
Noonlight and a 3rd party will judge all eligible submissions based on the judging criteria and award one winner per entry period. Winners will be notified by social media post, tagged, and email.
Judging Criteria
Submissions will be evaluated by Noonlight based on honesty and creativity. In the case of a tie, tied applications will be re-evaluated.
Winner Requirements
Winner will provide images and a review of the event, including Noonlight/JHEEZ signage and attendee engagement, within 5 days after the event. Winners warrant that all individuals in images are 21+ and consented in writing to their likeness being used in the program.
Awards
One winner will receive an award of ROUND TRIP FLIGHT TO JFK, TWO NIGHT STAY AT THE CITIZEN HOTEL IN TIMESQUARE NYC, ALL ACCESSS VIP AT THE NYC SCREENING OF WINNER, JASHAAN GILL. All taxes and fees are Noonlight's responsibility, however, no per diem will be provided, All expenses after award will be the responsability of the winner. 
Noonlight Program Terms

Award Acceptance: Noonlight is not responsible if a winner cannot or does not use the award as described. Awards are non-transferable, non-assignable, and cannot be substituted, except if Noonlight decides to replace any award component with one of equal or greater value. Winners must sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within two days of notification. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be chosen. Entrants must be 21+ at the time of application.

Alternate Winner Selection: If a winner is found ineligible, does not comply with the rules, fails to respond within two days, cancels or modifies the event, or if the award notification is undeliverable, Noonlight may select an alternate entrant based on the judging criteria from all remaining applications. If Noonlight cannot award the prize after reasonable effort, the award will not be given.

Eligibility: Open only to individuals in the U.S. and D.C. (excluding territories). The authorized account holder of the submitted email address is considered the entrant and may need to provide proof of authorization.

Release of Liability: By accepting the award, winners release Noonlight and others from any liability, claims, or actions related to participation, including injury, death, property loss, and misuse of the award.

Limitations of Liability/Internet: Noonlight is not liable for network issues, miscommunications, technical failures, or errors related to participation or application submission. Entrants who interfere with the program may be disqualified. If Noonlight determines that the program is compromised due to unauthorized activity, Noonlight may modify or terminate the program and select winners from eligible applications. Information collected will be used solely for program administration in line with Noonlight’s Privacy Policy.

Event Administration: Noonlight is not responsible for organizing the event or related issues, other than providing the award. Entrants must not imply that Noonlight is liable for event management.

Legal Notices: Any attempt to undermine the program is a legal violation, and Noonlight reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. Noonlight provides no warranties for the award, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, quality, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Governing Law and Disputes: Disputes are governed by Delaware state law and resolved through binding arbitration, waiving rights to class actions. Entrants agree that disputes will be handled individually, and judgments are limited to out-of-pocket expenses. Noonlight covers arbitration fees beyond consumer limits set by AAA rules. Arbitration location is based on the entrant’s office, under applicable federal or NY state law.

General Terms: By participating, entrants agree to the rules and Noonlight’s final decisions. This program is void where prohibited by law. By providing submissions, entrants retain rights but consent to their use by Noonlight for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Noonlight™ may share your information with select third-party vendors solely for program administration, such as travel and accommodation arrangements, but will not sell, lease, or disclose your information to unauthorized third parties. Your data will be handled in compliance with applicable privacy laws and Noonlight’s privacy policy, ensuring appropriate safeguards to maintain confidentiality and security.  You have the right to access, modify, or request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us at privacy@noonlight.com. By participating, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this privacy policy
Registration and Filing: If the total value of prizes exceeds $5,000, the promoter must file a statement with the New York Department of State at least 30 days before the promotion begins. This statement should include details such as the number of prizes, their value, the rules of the contest, and the geographic area covered. A non-refundable filing fee of $100 accompanies this statement. 
Posting Rules and Prize Information: The contest rules and information about the prizes must be prominently displayed at every retail establishment offering the contest and included in all related advertising materials. New York Public Law
Bonding or Trust Account: Promoters are required to establish a special trust account or furnish a bond equal to the total value of all prizes offered. This ensures that winners receive their prizes as promised. New York Public Law
Winner Certification: Within 90 days after the promotion ends, a list of winners who received prizes valued over $25 must be filed with the Department of State. This list should include the names and addresses of winners, descriptions of the prizes, and the dates they were awarded. New York Public Law
